Shopping Cart Deliveries and Terms

Order Confirmation and Delivery
Upon placing an order from our shopping cart, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be shipped within three to five business days, usually by UPS ground service. If we are unable to ship your order because the item is out of stock or for other reasons, our staff will contact you.

Shipping Charges
Actual UPS ground shipping charges will be added to the sale amount of your online order. All shopping cart purchases over $500 will receive free shipping.

Warranty
All products manufactured by Big "D" are guaranteed against defective material and workmanship. Big "D" cannot guarantee its products or assume responsibility when failure is due to accident, abuse, or misuse.

Returns
If at any time the material or workmanship of a product is in question you may return it for a formal inspection. All returns for inspection must be pre-authorized. Any items being returned for inspection must be clean.

Shipment Errors
Should an item be short in shipment, or an error be made in billing, a claim must be made to our office within 10 working days from date of delivery.

Local area deliveries available:
We also deliver hay, feeds, and other items to the Puget Sound region and San Juan Islands, and to Eastern Washington, Alaska, and selected out-of-state areas on an as needed basis. There is a nominal delivery charge for hay; please check for delivery areas and fees and terms and warranty for local deliveries. For other items, please call us or make an online request and we will provide you with delivery information and fees.
